What is the dress code?
Cocktail Attire
For women, this typically means dresses (floor length, midi, or knee-length) or dressy separates, while men can opt for suits or dress shirts with dress pants. This creates a perfect balance between formal and semi-formal attire, ensuring guests have plenty of options and feel comfortable on our special day. No jeans or baseball caps please.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue by 3:00pm to allow some time for seating and to ensure you don't miss any special moments.
Where can I find accommodations near your venue in DePere?
The following hotels have been reserved with room blocks and will include transportation to and from the wedding venue. Please note that accommodations should be arranged in advance, as room blocks will be released to the general public if not fully utilized by the end of March 2024.

Is there transportation provided to and from the venue to nearby hotels?
We encourage you to take advantage of the complimentary transportation services provided to guests staying at Aloft Green Bay, Hilton Garden Inn, or Cobblestone Hotel & Suites. Otherwise, ample parking is available at the venue.
How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?
Invitations contain a QR code that can be scanned by your phone and will take you directly to the RSVP form page. Otherwise, click the RSVP button below to go the RSVP form page. To ensure a wonderful dining experience for all guests, we highly encourage timely responses.
Can I bring children and/or a Guest?
While we would love to accommodate everyone, invitations are limited to specified guests only. We appreciate your understanding as we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitations. If your wedding invitation reads "and Guest" you are more than welcome to bring along a guest of your choice. We ask that when you RSVP, you include your guest's name to include them in the seating chart.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception be held indoors or outdoors?
The entire wedding, from the ceremony to the reception, will be held at our venue The LedgeCrest Reserve. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, ensuring a comfortable and intimate atmosphere for our guests. However, weather permitting, the cocktail hour will take place in the courtyard.
The doors will remain open, allowing guests to freely enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces. Our beautiful courtyard, complete with a cozy fireplace, will be the perfect backdrop for the cocktail hour, creating a memorable experience for all.
When will the reception conclude, and is there an afterparty?
While a more detailed timeline of the day will be posted on our wedding website as we get closer to the date, we can share that the reception will conclude at 12:00am. As there is no formal afterparty planned, we hope you'll enjoy the evening's festivities and the wonderful memories we'll create together during the reception.
